Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 (6 ounce) package herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 3 cups sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and cream of celery soup.
  4. Add the stuffing mix and zucchini to the skillet. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is melted.
