- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper; stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Pour in stir-fry sauce and stir to coat.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
- You can use other vegetables like carrots, snap peas, or mushrooms.
- Adjust the amount of stir-fry sauce to your preference.
- For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
