Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Grease and flour a standard loaf pan (about 9×5 inches).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, applesauce, oil, plant milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
