  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
  • Sour cream, for serving
  • Salsa, for serving
  • Guacamole, for serving

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain grease.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water according to packet directions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
  4. Spread refried beans over the chips.
  5. Top with seasoned ground beef.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the beef.
  7. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, black olives, and jalapeños.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
