Description
Celebrate Father’s Day with a delicious mixed grill featuring steak, sausages, and chicken.
Ingredients

- 1 (1 1/2-pound) bone-in rib-eye steak
- 1 pound Italian sausages
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add steak, sausages, and chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Grill sausages for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through. Remove from grill and set aside.
- Grill chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes per side, until cooked through and juices run clear. Remove from grill and set aside.
- Grill steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice steak and serve with grilled sausages and chicken thighs.

- Adjust grilling times based on your grill and desired doneness.
- You can substitute other cuts of steak or chicken as desired.
