Ingredients

  • 1 (1 1/2-pound) bone-in rib-eye steak
  • 1 pound Italian sausages
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add steak, sausages, and chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Grill sausages for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through. Remove from grill and set aside.
  4. Grill chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes per side, until cooked through and juices run clear. Remove from grill and set aside.
  5. Grill steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Slice steak and serve with grilled sausages and chicken thighs.
