Description

A sweet coffee drink flavored with chocolate and toasted marshmallow.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons marshmallow fluff or 4 large marshmallows
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Extra marshmallow fluff for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew one cup of strong coffee.
  2. Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming, but not boiling.
  3. If using marshmallows, add them to the warm milk and stir until completely melted. If using fluff, stir it into the warm milk until combined.
  4. Stir the chocolate syrup into the milk mixture.
  5. Pour the coffee into a mug.
  6. Pour the chocolate-marshmallow milk mixture over the coffee.
  7. Top with whipped cream.
  8. Drizzle extra marshmallow fluff over the whipped cream.

Notes

  • For a toasted flavor, briefly place the topped drink under a broiler or use a kitchen torch on the whipped cream and fluff topping until lightly browned. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
