Description
A sweet coffee drink flavored with chocolate and toasted marshmallow.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 2 tablespoons marshmallow fluff or 4 large marshmallows
- Whipped cream for topping
- Extra marshmallow fluff for garnish
Instructions
- Brew one cup of strong coffee.
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming, but not boiling.
- If using marshmallows, add them to the warm milk and stir until completely melted. If using fluff, stir it into the warm milk until combined.
- Stir the chocolate syrup into the milk mixture.
- Pour the coffee into a mug.
- Pour the chocolate-marshmallow milk mixture over the coffee.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Drizzle extra marshmallow fluff over the whipped cream.
Notes
- For a toasted flavor, briefly place the topped drink under a broiler or use a kitchen torch on the whipped cream and fluff topping until lightly browned. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
- Use any milk type you prefer, such as whole, skim, almond, or oat milk.
