A creamy and sweet dessert made with three types of milk and gelatin.
Ingredients

- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine whole milk, evaporated milk, and condensed milk. Heat gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until warm but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
- Add vanilla extract and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving dishes.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Unmold or serve chilled.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of salt.
- Garnish with fresh fruit or whipped cream if desired.
- Ensure gelatin is fully dissolved to avoid lumps.
