Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine whole milk, evaporated milk, and condensed milk. Heat gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until warm but not boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
  4. Add vanilla extract and stir well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving dishes.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  7. Unmold or serve chilled.

Notes
