Simple recipe for small, no-bake Oreo cheesecake bites.
Ingredients

- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, cold
- 1 package (14.3 ounces) Oreo cookies, crushed (about 3 cups crumbs)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 12 mini paper liners
Instructions
- Mix the melted butter and 1 cup of the crushed Oreos together in a bowl.
- Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of 12 mini paper liners placed in a muffin tin.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the crusts in the muffin tin.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Before serving, top each bite with the remaining crushed Oreos.
Notes
- You can use any flavor of Oreo cookies you prefer.
- For easier removal, chill the bites for an extra hour.
