Description

Simple recipe for small, no-bake Oreo cheesecake bites.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold
  • 1 package (14.3 ounces) Oreo cookies, crushed (about 3 cups crumbs)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 12 mini paper liners

Instructions

  1. Mix the melted butter and 1 cup of the crushed Oreos together in a bowl.
  2. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of 12 mini paper liners placed in a muffin tin.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the crusts in the muffin tin.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  8. Before serving, top each bite with the remaining crushed Oreos.

Notes

  • You can use any flavor of Oreo cookies you prefer.
  • For easier removal, chill the bites for an extra hour.
