- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk.
- Spoon the beef mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
- Arrange tater tots evenly over the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
