Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 13×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mashed sweet potatoes, vegetable oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
