Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  4. Beat in egg whites one at a time until well combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with buttermilk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Stir in vanilla extract.
