- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
- 24 graham crackers
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange a layer of graham crackers over the cream cheese.
- Spread a layer of strawberry slices over the graham crackers.
- Repeat layers of cream cheese mixture, graham crackers, and strawberries until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cream cheese mixture.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer cake, use more graham crackers.
- You can substitute other berries for strawberries.
