  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef from the wok.
  5. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Add broccoli florets and red bell pepper to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  7. Return the beef to the wok. Add beef broth and stir to combine.
  8. Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
