- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef from the wok.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and red bell pepper to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the wok. Add beef broth and stir to combine.
- Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the stir-fry.
- You can substitute other vegetables like snap peas, carrots, or mushrooms.
- Ensure your wok is hot before adding ingredients for best results.
