Description

A quick recipe for individual pizzas using naan bread as the base, topped with spinach, mushrooms, and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 pieces naan bread
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until they soften, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and spinach to the skillet. Cook until the spinach wilts, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
  4. Place the naan bread pieces on a baking sheet.
  5. Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over each naan bread.
  6. Distribute the cooked spinach and mushroom mixture over the sauce.
  7. Top evenly with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the naan edges are crisp.
  9. Slice and serve immediately.
