Ingredients

- 1 cup cranberry juice, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger juice (or 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 4 cups chilled sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Orange slices for garnish
- Cranberries for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, ginger juice, and lime juice in a pitcher. Stir well.
- Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the juice mixture evenly into the glasses, filling them about one-third full.
- Top each glass with chilled sparkling water.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish each drink with an orange slice and a few cranberries.
Notes
- To make ginger juice, grate fresh ginger and press it through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to extract the liquid.
- Adjust the amount of ginger juice based on your preference for spice.
- For a sweeter drink, use cranberry juice cocktail instead of unsweetened juice.
