Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add olive oil and warm water. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle.
- Heat a dry skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Cook each flatbread for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown spots appear.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can brush the cooked flatbread with melted butter or garlic-infused oil.
- Store cooled flatbread in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
