Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen fruit (e.g., berries, mango, pineapple)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Optional: honey or maple syrup to taste
Instructions
- Combine water, frozen fruit, banana, and chia seeds in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add sweetener if desired. Blend again briefly.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use any combination of frozen fruits you like.
- For a thicker smoothie, use less water or add more frozen fruit.
- Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrients.
