A quick and easy quesadilla recipe featuring smoky BBQ bacon cheeseburger flavors.

- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Lay out four tortillas.
- Spread 1/4 cup BBQ sauce evenly over each of the four tortillas.
- Top with 1/2 cup ground beef, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese, crumbled bacon, and diced red onion.
- Place the remaining four tortillas on top.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully place two quesadillas in the skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Repeat with the remaining quesadillas.
- Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can adjust the amount of BBQ sauce to your preference.
- Feel free to add other burger toppings like pickles or jalapeños.
- These quesadillas are best served hot.
