- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak, thinly sliced
- 3 bell peppers (any color), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- 8 small tortillas
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine steak, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, and fajita seasoning.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until steak is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Serve fajitas in tortillas with desired toppings.
