Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Black Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Corn Kernels
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Black Olives
  • 1/4 cup Crushed Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water according to package directions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a large serving bowl or individual bowls, layer the ingredients: start with chopped lettuce, then seasoned ground beef, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn.
  4. Dollop with sour cream and salsa.
  5. Sprinkle with black olives and crushed tortilla chips.
