Ingredients

- 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix refried beans with taco seasoning. Spread evenly in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sour cream. Spread this mixture over the refried beans.
- Top with salsa, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the salsa.
- Add chopped tomatoes.
- Scatter sliced black olives over the tomatoes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
- For a spicier dip, add jalapeños.
- You can substitute ground beef for the refried beans.
