Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Wash and dry the kale thoroughly. Remove stems and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss kale with olive oil and apple cider vinegar until evenly coated.
- Spread kale in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
