Cheesecake bars with a red, white, and blue swirl.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Red and blue food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Divide batter into three bowls. Leave one plain. Add red food coloring to one bowl and blue food coloring to another.
- Drop spoonfuls of each color onto the crust. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
