Ingredients

- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Combine ice cream, pumpkin puree, cream cheese, milk, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a splash more milk if the mixture is too thick.
- Pour the milkshake into glasses.
- Top with whipped cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker shake, use less milk.
- You can substitute maple syrup for brown sugar.
