Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the herb mixture all over the pork loin.
  5. Place the pork loin in a roasting pan.
  6. Roast for 20 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) on a meat thermometer.
