A classic tropical cocktail made with rum, pineapple, and coconut.
Ingredients

- 2 oz white rum
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- Ice
- Garnish: pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry
Instructions
- Combine rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and lime juice in a blender.
- Add ice and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less cream of coconut.
- Use fresh pineapple juice for the best flavor.
