A simple, creamy dip combining salty feta cheese with bright basil pesto.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup prepared basil pesto
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the crumbled feta cheese and softened cream cheese into a food processor.
- Process until the mixture is mostly smooth.
- Add the basil pesto, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper to the food processor.
- Process again until the dip is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
Notes
- Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
- You can garnish the top with a drizzle of extra olive oil and a sprinkle of pine nuts if desired.
