Description

Simple, fresh lettuce wraps filled with shredded chicken mixed with basil pesto.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 large butter lettuce leaves

Instructions

  2. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.

  4. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly into the center of each lettuce leaf.
