Description
Refreshing and easy-to-make strawberry ice pops, perfect for a hot day.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into ice pop molds.
- Insert ice pop sticks into the molds.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- To remove, run molds under warm water for a few seconds.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to your preference based on strawberry sweetness.
- For a creamier pop, add 1/4 cup yogurt or milk to the mixture.
- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
