Quick and easy quesadillas with the flavors of pepperoni pizza.
Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil
Instructions
- Spread pizza sauce over two tortillas.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
- Place the remaining tortillas on top to make two quesadillas.
- Heat butter or oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook quesadillas for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
Notes
- You can add other pizza toppings like mushrooms, onions, or peppers.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
