Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill crust for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Mix until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle the top with crushed peppermint candies.
