Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Place frozen peaches, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) into a blender.
- Secure the lid on the blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add a little more milk.
- For a sweeter taste, increase the amount of honey.
