Description
A simple recipe for peach cobbler flavored overnight oats, prepared ahead of time.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup diced fresh or frozen peaches
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a jar or container.
- Stir well until all ingredients are mixed.
- Gently fold in the diced peaches and cinnamon.
- Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats before serving. Add a splash more milk if the consistency is too thick.
Notes
- For a warmer flavor, add a small pinch of nutmeg with the cinnamon.
- If using frozen peaches, they will release more liquid as they thaw.
- You can top with a few chopped pecans before eating for added crunch.
