Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 15 minutes.
  4. Add ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the baking sheet.
