- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups chopped peanuts
- 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan. Refrigerate while preparing the next layer.
- In a large bowl, beat powdered sugar, peanut butter, softened butter, vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in chopped peanuts. Spread this mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and 1/4 cup butter together, stirring until smooth. Spread the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer.
- Refrigerate for at al least 2 hours, or until firm, before cutting into bars.
