Description

Easy no-bake peanut butter bars with a simple crust and a rich peanut butter filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of peanut butter. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  7. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

  • For a smoother chocolate topping, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the chocolate and peanut butter mixture.
