Easy no-bake peanut butter bars with a simple crust and a rich peanut butter filling.
Ingredients

- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of peanut butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- For a smoother chocolate topping, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the chocolate and peanut butter mixture.
- Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
