Quick and easy no-bake mini banana cream pies perfect for a simple dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 package (6 oz) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Press mixture evenly into the bottoms of mini muffin cups or mini pie pans.
- Whisk together pudding mixes and cold milk in a separate bowl until smooth and thickened.
- Spoon the pudding mixture over the graham cracker crust in each mini pie.
- Arrange banana slices on top of the pudding.
- Top each pie with a dollop of whipped cream.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer crust, bake the graham cracker mixture for 8-10 minutes at 350°F (175°C) and let cool completely before filling.
- Chill pies for a longer period for a firmer set.
- Garnish with extra banana slices or chocolate shavings if desired.
