Quick and easy no-bake mini banana cream pies perfect for a simple dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (6 oz) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Press mixture evenly into the bottoms of mini muffin cups or mini pie pans.
  2. Whisk together pudding mixes and cold milk in a separate bowl until smooth and thickened.
  3. Spoon the pudding mixture over the graham cracker crust in each mini pie.
  4. Arrange banana slices on top of the pudding.
  5. Top each pie with a dollop of whipped cream.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • For a firmer crust, bake the graham cracker mixture for 8-10 minutes at 350°F (175°C) and let cool completely before filling.
  • Chill pies for a longer period for a firmer set.
