Ingredients

  • 2 (3.4 ounce) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 (16 ounce) container prepared chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish with a single layer of graham crackers.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  4. Add another layer of graham crackers.
  5. Pour the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
  6. Add a final layer of graham crackers.
  7. Spread the chocolate frosting evenly over the top layer of graham crackers.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, before serving.

Notes

  • You can use other flavors of instant pudding, such as chocolate or French vanilla.
  • For a richer flavor, use whole milk.
  • You can make your own chocolate frosting if preferred.
