Description

Easy no-bake cookies that are quick to make and delicious.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Boil for 1 minute.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Add rolled oats and mix until well combined.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Let the cookies cool and set completely.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
  • For a firmer cookie, boil for an extra 30 seconds.
