Ingredients

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups rolled oats
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add rolled oats and mix until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Let the cookies cool and set completely.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
- For a firmer cookie, boil for an extra 30 seconds.
- Add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
