A simple recipe for creamy vanilla ice cream using the Ninja Creami.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
- Freeze for at least 24 hours, or until solid.
- Once frozen, place the pint in the outer bowl and attach the lid.
- Select the ‘Ice Cream’ function on your Ninja Creami.
- Once the cycle is complete, check the consistency. If it’s crumbly, add a tablespoon of milk and re-spin.
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can use half-and-half instead of whole milk.
- Add mix-ins like chocolate chips or cookie dough after the ice cream is made.
