Description
Savory chicken, bacon, and ranch mixture baked inside dough pockets.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (13.8 ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Unroll the pizza dough and separate it into the pre-cut sections.
- Cut each section into four equal squares. You should have 16 squares total.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling mixture onto the center of each dough square.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a triangle or square shape. Pinch the edges firmly to seal the filling inside.
- Place the sealed bombs onto the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the beaten egg and water. Brush the egg wash over the top of each dough bomb.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- If the dough seems sticky, lightly flour your work surface.
- Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
