Description

Savory chicken, bacon, and ranch mixture baked inside dough pockets.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (13.8 ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the pizza dough and separate it into the pre-cut sections.
  4. Cut each section into four equal squares. You should have 16 squares total.
  5. Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling mixture onto the center of each dough square.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling to create a triangle or square shape. Pinch the edges firmly to seal the filling inside.
  7. Place the sealed bombs onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together the beaten egg and water. Brush the egg wash over the top of each dough bomb.
  9. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • If the dough seems sticky, lightly flour your work surface.
  • Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
