Ingredients

- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
- Optional garnish: cinnamon stick or a few coffee beans
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass or coupe glass.
- Combine the chilled coffee, maple syrup, almond milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
- Seal the shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled and frothy, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick or coffee beans, if desired.
Notes
- For a colder drink, use frozen coffee cubes instead of ice in the shaker.
