- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, celery, onion, pickle relish, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add the drained macaroni and chopped eggs (if using) to the bowl.
- Stir gently until all ingredients are well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
