Description
A quick and easy recipe for succulent lobster tails baked with garlic butter.

- 4 lobster tails (about 4–5 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fan.
- Gently pull the meat up through the opening, leaving it attached at the base of the tail fan. Place the meat on top of the shell.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Ensure lobster tails are thawed if frozen.
- Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the lobster tails.
- Do not overcook the lobster, as it will become tough.
