Description
A simple no-churn ice cream loaded with Snickers candy bar pieces.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped Snickers candy bars
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture.
- Stir in half of the chopped Snickers and half of the chopped peanuts.
- Pour half of the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Drizzle with half of the caramel sauce.
- Layer the remaining Snickers and peanuts on top.
- Pour the rest of the ice cream mixture over the top and drizzle with the remaining caramel sauce.
- Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
Notes
- For easier scooping, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
- You can add more or fewer Snickers and peanuts to your preference.
