- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup kale pesto
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Stretch or roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
- Spread the kale pesto evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the pesto.
- Arrange the cherry tomatoes and red onion slices on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with pine nuts before serving.
