Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale pesto
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Stretch or roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the kale pesto evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the pesto.
  5. Arrange the cherry tomatoes and red onion slices on top of the cheese.
