- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the salmon.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
