- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the cottage cheese and softened butter until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and milk until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter bun, add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the dough.
- You can add herbs or cheese to the dough for savory buns.
