- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon pepperoni slices
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Spread pizza sauce on one slice of bread.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
- Place the other slice of bread on top.
- Butter the outside of the sandwich.
- Grill in a pan over medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
