- 2 tablespoons melted butter, plus more for greasing

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flour, and salt. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Add the melted butter and blend for another 10 seconds.
- Pour the batter into a 10-inch oven-safe skillet (cast iron works well) that has been generously greased with butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed up and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
